Terms & Conditions
o Pupils are required to follow the rules and conditions of the school.
o If any pupil is unable to attend a class, they must notify Miss Kali by phone/text on 07739097350 or alternatively by email to info@elibah.dance
o Fees are paid in advance and within 1 week of invoice date. Online payments/transfers are only accepted.
o The school cannot undertake any responsibility for any money or items of value lost whilst in Elibah Club’s care.
o The school reserves the right to ask for a pupil to be removed from a class for any of the following reasons: Should a pupil not respond to training, for misbehaviour, or for any breach of the school conditions or policies. Pupils are expected to behave in a polite, respectful and caring manner towards teachers and other pupils. We will follow the following procedure: Strike 1: Verbal warning, Strike 2: Written warning, Strike 3: Final warning, Strike 4: Removal from class with no refund given.
o Students must make every effort to arrive punctually to classes.
o Parents are only permitted to watch classes with the agreement of the school.
o All pupils must wear the correct uniform for classes. No jewellery must be worn. No Chewing Gum. Hair must be tied back for all lessons – and in a bun, if possible, for ballet/pointe classes.
o Mobile phones must be turned off or switched to silent and left in bags. All property brought to class is left at the owners’ risk.
o Elibah Clubs cannot be held responsible for classes being cancelled by schools due to extreme circumstances (i.e. severe weather conditions/pandemics/school teacher strikes/school closures). In such event, no refund will be given, nor the class be rescheduled.
o If Elibah Clubs makes the decision to cancel class due to illness/unforeseen circumstances, an alternative class will be arranged, where possible. If a pupil is unable to attend a rescheduled class for any reason, no refund will be given. Where an alternative class is not possible, fees will be deducted off the following term’s fees.
o Regular attendance is required prior to examinations/shows/performances. Pupils must contact Miss Kali if they are unable to attend a class. In some circumstances failure to attend regularly will mean that your child will not be able to participate in the event.
o Photography and video use will be used for business use only, such as, on any of Elibah’s social media, website or for any other advertising purposes. Should you not wish for your child to be included in any photography, please make it clear upon enrolment.
o Elibah Clubs will hold personal data about pupils. Elibah Clubs will ONLY share pupil data with examining bodies, such as the ISTD, Acrobatic Arts, RAD, competitions and performance engagements, when permission has been given. Data will NEVER be shared with third parties in any other circumstance.
o Safe Touch Policy - During dance training, some physical contact may be deemed necessary between staff and students. Physical instruction which involves safe touch towards certain areas of training is sometimes essential to aid effective teaching and learning i.e. awareness of correct muscle usage, spotting in Acro, correct posture and line.
o If a child decides they wish to stop attending one of our school clubs part way through a term, no refund will be given for the remainder of term.
o If a child decides they no longer wish to be involved in any performances or exams after payment has been made, no refund will be given.
o The company reserves the right to amend or alter the terms and conditions of the school at any time.
o The company reserves the right to amend or alter the fees and classes as and when necessary.
